KITCHEN
We have a small but functional kitchen containing the following
Cooktops
Ovens
Microwaves
Fridges and large chillers
TV / DVD / Satellite TV
Freezer
Dining table / chairs
Couches
Some pots / pans / utensils and small appliances.
Other items required in the kitchen can be asked for at the camp office.
LAUNDRY AREA
We provide 3 x washing machines and 1 x dryer for camp guests to use.
All machines are coin operated and are all for cold wash only.
T o encourage outdoor drying of clothes we have 2 clotheslines, just outside the facilities block.
BABY BATH AREA
The baby and toddlers bath is available in the laundry area.
We also have a range of baby equipment available from the office.
SHOWERS
Our showers are not coin or token operated.
TOILETS
We have separate men's and women's females toilets. Seperate access for disabled persons. Plus one unisex toilet - perfect for parents to take their child.
PLAYGROUND FOR CHILDREN
We have a small but brightly coloured playground for children to enjoy, with swings for smaller and older children, two see saws, a rocket climbing frame and a slide.
Nearby there is a sandpit with a shade sail cloth over the top to keep the hot summer sun at bay.
DUMP STATION
It is suitable for all waste from chemical toilets, with easy access.
BBQ'S
We have a number of BBq's for guest use.Please ask.
ZENBU WI-FI
Paid Wifi available within the camp.
DVDS
Westock a large range of DVD's available for hire for $2.00 per movie.
INFORMATION AT OFFICE
We try to keep a supply of information brochures for wine tastings, restaurants, walking / mountain bike trails, The Otago Rail Trail, and other local points of interest.
You will also find information about nearby towns and tourist destinations, such as Queenstown, Milford / Doubtful Sound, The Catlins area.
We are happy to Google information for you if we don't have it on hand.
PETS
PETS ARE OK OUTSIDE PEAK TIMES - Peak time being mid December, January Waitangi Weekend, Easter and Labour weekend.
If in doubt please ask, don't assume.
PAYMENT OF FEES
All fees for your stay must be paid on arrival at the office when you check in.
VISITORS
Visitors are welcome at the camp, they are expected to follow the camp rules for behaviour while here.
Please ensure your guests leave their vehicle parked in the "visitors parking" area near the office.
Visitors to the camp are expected to leave no later than 10.30pm.
CARAVAN STORAGE / BOAT STORAGE
We offer storage for both these items within the camp.
A weekly / monthly / annual charge will apply.
